Alright, so you wanna watch that fancy car race in Vegas, the F1 thing, right? It ain’t that hard, even if you’re like me and don’t know much about them speedy cars. I heard tell it’s a big deal, all them cars zipping around. So, let me tell ya what I learned.
First off, they got this thing called ESPN. Sounds important. Seems like they’re showin’ the race on TV, the regular kind, you know? And if you got one of them newfangled internets, you can watch it on somethin’ called ESPN+. They say it costs money, like eleven dollars a month or somethin’. Or you can pay a whole bunch at once, like a hundred bucks for a year, and save a bit. Sounds like a lot of money to me, but I guess if you really like them cars, it’s worth it.
Now, they say most of the races are on ESPN or ABC, another channel I heard about. But some are on ESPN2, whatever that is. This Vegas race, though, they say it’s on ESPN and ESPN+. So you got choices, see? Good for you.

Then there’s this F1 TV Pro thing. I ain’t got no clue what it is, sounds fancy, like somethin’ for them rich folks. But they say you can watch the race live on that too. Probably costs even more money, I betcha.
- So, to recap:
- ESPN: Regular TV, they say.
- ESPN+: That internet thing, costs money.
- F1 TV Pro: Fancy stuff, probably expensive.
They also talk about a bunch of times, like practice and qualifying and the actual race. I ain’t gonna bother with all that, too much for my old brain. Just know the race is on Sunday, November 24th. That’s what they said, anyway. You gotta check the time yourself, I ain’t your clock.
They call it “Round 22” of the Formula 1 season. Sounds important, like some kinda championship or somethin’. And they keep sayin’ “Las Vegas Grand Prix.” Grand Prix, that sounds real fancy, don’t it? Like somethin’ outta a movie. They’re even calling the road a ‘Las Vegas Strip Circuit’. Sounds like some big shot made the name up.
Anyways, they say if you’re in America, ESPN is your best bet. That’s what they keep sayin’, so it must be true. And if you ain’t in America? Well, I guess you gotta figure that out yourself. I only know about what they told me for here in the States.
And that’s about it. Don’t seem too hard to watch them cars go zoom zoom. Just pick your channel, pay your money if you gotta, and sit yourself down on that couch. And maybe get some snacks. Watching them cars go fast makes a body hungry, you know? And don’t forget, it’s the 2024 Las Vegas Grand Prix. You don’t want to end up watching some old race, that wouldn’t be no fun at all.
They talk about it bein’ a ‘spectacular display’, so it must be somethin’ to see. And they’re having practice, and somethin’ called ‘qualifying’, so there’s gonna be lots of racin’ to watch. Just make sure you got your TV or that internet thing ready to go.

So, there you have it. Everything you need to know, or at least everything this old woman could understand about watchin’ that race in Vegas. Now go on and enjoy it, and don’t bother me with no more questions about them fancy cars!
