Okay, so I was looking for some extra work, and I thought, “Why not check out jobs at the F1 Miami Grand Prix?” I mean, it sounds cool, right? Working at a Formula 1 race? So, I started digging.
My Job Hunt Adventure Begins
First, I just did a simple search online. Typed in “f1 miami jobs” and see what popped up.
I started looking at some general job boards.

- I scrolled through a bunch of listings. Saw some for event staff, security, that kind of thing.
- I found some interesting volunteer positions, too. Thought that could be a fun way to get involved.
Then, I tried refining my search a bit.
I looked for specific roles that I thought I’d be good at, you know, using my skills. Like I have a customer service background.
- I noticed there were a few opportunities in guest services and hospitality.
- Checked if I have relative skills.
Diving Deeper
After that,I started to get more targeted.
- I focused on roles that are more long-term.
- I tried to find if they had specific departments like marketing or operations.
My Action
I made a list of the jobs that looked promising.
Then I started reading the job descriptions carefully, you know, to see if I actually met the requirements.
I updated my resume and drafted a general cover letter, highlighting my skills and why I’m interested in F1.

And, Well…I haven’t actually applied to anything yet. Gotta polish up that cover letter, tailor it to each job. But, I feel like I’m on the right track. I’m excited about the possibility! It’s all a work in progress, but that’s how these things go, right?
