Well, howdy there, y’all! Let’s talk about this Cody Rhodes fella and his song, the one he walks out to when he’s gettin’ ready to whoop somebody. Folks call it his “theme song,” like it’s some kinda movie or somethin’. I ain’t too sure about all that fancy talk, but I do know a good tune when I hear it, and that Cody, he’s got himself a catchy one, that’s for sure.
Now, they tell me the song’s called “Kingdom”. Sounds mighty important, don’t it? Like somethin’ outta the Bible, maybe. And the fellas who sing it, they’re called Downstait. Never heard of ’em before, but they sure know how to make a racket! It’s got a good beat, makes you wanna stomp your feet and clap your hands. My grandson, he likes to jump around like a wild man when he hears it. Kids these days, I tell ya!
I hear tell that Cody used a different song before, somethin’ about a new day and a legacy. Sounded alright, but it wasn’t nothin’ like “Kingdom.” “Kingdom,” that one just grabs ya, you know? I ain’t got no fancy phone or nothin’, but my grandson, he’s always fiddlin’ with his. He showed me this thing called Zedge, says you can get Cody’s song on it, make your phone ring like he’s comin’ to your house! Can you imagine that? Cody Rhodes callin’ me up! Well, not really him, I guess, just the song. But it’d still be somethin’, wouldn’t it?

He goes in that ring and he gives it his all, just like that rooster of mine.
