Okay, so I wanted to figure out what time the Nebraska baseball game was today. I’m a huge fan and I didn’t want to miss the action.
First, I checked some sports news websites. I found out that Nebraska is playing in the Stillwater Regional. They’re the number 2 seed, which is pretty good. They were playing against Florida, the number 3 seed, which I knew would be a good game.
I read that the game was gonna be on Friday, which is today. That got me excited! The start time was listed as 2 PM. One site specifically mentioned 2:05 PM CST, so I figured there might be a slight delay or something.

Then, I looked into how I could watch the game. I saw that it was going to be streamed on ESPN+. I don’t have cable, so that was good news for me. I also learned that some of the Nebraska games are on the Huskers Radio Network and can be heard on their website or app. That’s a good backup if the streaming doesn’t work out.
Apparently, Nebraska baseball will be on regular TV nine times this season. Four of those games will be on a channel called BTN, and four more will be on Nebraska Public Media. The article mentioned that the Nebraska Public Media games include one against Ohio State on April 6th and another against Creighton on April 16th. Those have already passed, but it’s good to know for the future.
Here’s what I did to make sure I caught the game:
- Checked the schedule: I confirmed that the game was today, Friday, at 2 PM.
- Found the streaming option: I made sure I had access to ESPN+ to watch the game online.
- Set an alarm: I set an alarm on my phone for 1:55 PM so I wouldn’t forget to tune in.
I was all set! I grabbed some snacks, got comfortable on the couch, and enjoyed the game. Go Huskers!
