Okay, here is my sharing about today’s practice. I hope you guys like it.
So, like many of you, I’m a huge college football fan. And with the bowl games coming up, I really wanted to make sure I didn’t miss the Penn State game. But I couldn’t for the life of me remember which channel it was going to be on! So, I started digging around to find out.
First, I checked the usual suspects – the main sports networks. I browsed through the TV guide for ESPN, ABC, CBS, and FOX, but no luck there at first. Then it hit me – the Orange Bowl! Penn State is playing in the Orange Bowl this year. I pulled up some info about the Orange Bowl and saw that it usually airs on ESPN. Bingo! That must be it.

To be extra sure, I searched for “what channel is the Penn State football game on” online. The first few results confirmed that it would indeed be on ESPN. Phew! Crisis averted. I also learned that the game is on December 30, 2024, so I’ve got that marked down on my calendar now.
While I was searching, I stumbled upon a few interesting tidbits about Penn State football. Apparently, they’re pretty close to winning their first National Championship, which is super exciting! They’re 13-2 right now, and this is their first time having zero College Football Playoff victories at the start of the season. It also seems like there’s a big game coming up between them and Notre Dame. I might have to tune into that one, too.
One result mentioned something about a memorable game between Penn State and another team in the early 90s. I’ll have to look that up later, sounds like it was a good one. Oh, and for anyone who wants to stream the game online, it looks like DirecTV Stream has a 5-day free trial, so that might be an option.
Here’s a quick recap of what I did:
- Checked TV guide for ESPN, ABC, CBS, FOX.
- Remembered it’s the Orange Bowl, which is on ESPN.
- Searched online to confirm the channel and date (Dec 30, 2024).
- Found out Penn State is doing great this season!
- Discovered an option to stream the game online.
Alright, that’s all from me today. Hope this helps some of you other football fans out there! Now we can all sit back, relax, and enjoy the Penn State game on ESPN. Go Nittany Lions!
