Okay, so I wanted to figure out which football teams are actually based in California. I mean, I know there are a few, but I wasn’t sure exactly how many or what leagues they all played in.
First, I started with a simple search. Nothing fancy, just typed in “California football teams.”
The results were a bit all over the place, so I decided to be more specific.I focused my efforts on a few different ways
- I refined to search to professional teams.
- I added search for college teams, too.
- I wanted check the football team in different city of California.
Then I needed to make it easy to read:I made some simple notes of the name and their leagues,like:
- Los Angeles Rams (NFL)
- Los Angeles Chargers (NFL)
- San Francisco 49ers (NFL)
Then, I did the same things for college teams
- UCLA Bruins (Pac-12)
- USC Trojans (Pac-12)
- Stanford Cardinal (Pac-12)
- California Golden Bears (Pac-12)
- San Diego State Aztecs (Mountain West)
- San Jose State Spartans (Mountain West)
- Fresno State Bulldogs (Mountain West)
